A scandal doesn't help matters either. Nor does a negative review on social media, just to do harm, or to hope to do harm to others. Things are never black or white. The Woluwe Motor team bends over backwards day after day to satisfy its customers. The few hundred 100% satisfied customers don't find the time to post their comments on Google... Scammers, pure and simple. We go there with a car that's over ten years old and has 150,000 kilometers on it, so we have an explicit condition: we want to understand how much it would cost to repair it. How much it would cost to do an initial analysis. They only tell us €35. Finally, they tell us it's €250, because they supposedly repaired everything. That wasn't what was agreed, but whatever. We go to pick up the car, which still doesn't work. After a second inspection, they tell us that we should now pay €1,500 in repairs. We ask for a refund for the "repair" of the car that doesn't work. To which the garage manager denies. In short: scammers, pure and simple. I'm giving it one star because there's no less.

Serious and honest garage (important to specify this regarding car garages ;-)). Maintenance of my vehicle for a reasonable price (as announced at the start in any case). Easy to make an appointment. If the welcome could be a little warmer it would be even better :-) PS: 4 stars out of 5 because on principle I don't give 5.

Excellent little family garage, good atmosphere, charming and professional staff, always attentive and giving good advice. Serious work and standard prices. Highly recommended - I've been a loyal customer for about twenty years, that says it all!
