I had been here couple of weeks ago for a second hand car. I had made an appointment but when i arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time to the first floor where they keep their second cars. The reception was cold, I had to go and ask the guy for the car he didnt even bother to talk to me, did not even attempt to tell me about the car details. I guess he was playing solitaire on his computer. Just left the place after 10 minutes and bought a car just across the street from Nissan.

Very poor customer service. Clear lack of concern, even when it comes to supporting professional customers who depend on their services

Very unpleasant and unfriendly customer experience. You enter as a customer with a car with an annoying problem (boot lid no longer closes and opens at every traffic threshold). During the visit, no effort was made to (i) make an initial analysis of the problem or (ii) even to give the customer the feeling that the garage wants to look for the best solution. The only proposal I have received is an appointment within 3 weeks at the earliest. If you then look online for appointments and notice that there are already openings within 2 weeks, then as a customer you absolutely do not feel helped with your problem. Knowing that this is handled differently in other garages, this makes the search for the next car easier. It won't be an Audi.

Once you pick up your car it seems they don’t want to see you or hear from you anymore… unfortunately my car was missing a pack and I have to call them endless times I’ve left several messages, locally in one of my calls someone answer and I said it seems nobody cares and explained the issue and that nobody was returning my calls and this guy was the only one that help me at the end, thanks to him I’ve managed to get the missing pack.
