EDITED: to 3 vs 1 star as they still have some good and kind people in the team who helped out, the capacity/consistency I believe is still an issue.
One more star removed as they scheduled a repair in 2 months and then they call me on the day to say they do not have the part yet!
I got my company car here twice and am in general a can of BMW. Unfortunately the service quality has declined a lot.
Some years ago they were very helpful and supportive. Taking the new car here last year was a mistake, the sellers are still good however they don't have capacity to support any car fixes when needed and the attitude from the service support is quite dismissive as they don't speak English.
I will be going to Mercedes for the next company car.

Trying to call the shop to order a spare part, the salesperson was extremely disrespectful after I didn't understand that I need the chassis number to order the piece.(poor guy had to repeat it once, for which he became very irritated).
After I found the chassis number, I called back and same guy pretended he couldn't hear me spelling the numbers, which obviously isn't true, after which he immediately hung up the phone.
Great way to treat customers, I had to go to another shop, and I will certainly never ever set foot in any department of this BMW shop.

Young man at the reception extremely arrogant, does not help, sufficient- I never saw someone like that at a reception while this is the first contact you have with a company. It's a shame, I have no other word. No intention to maintain, develop, or portray BWM / Ginion's business. I will never go there again and do not recommend anyone to go to this garage.
