Really bad experience. Unprofessional. I would give 0 star if I could. Last week I gave them a call, for the issue of the steering wheel. They told me to come early before 8:00 in the morning on next Monday. I explicitly asked whether I would receive a notification mail for the appointment. The guy told me no need for an appointment, I just needed to drive in at 8:00, and he would arrange everything and also a replacement car. So today, Monday, I went there, and I got refused. The reception told me no, everyone was busy, I needed an appointment!!! He even did not show any sense of apology, just wanted to skip that part, and kept trying to ask me when I would be available another day. Really bad! Oh, by the way, my steering wheel issue popped out after changing my winter tires there, on which they did not set the correct pressure, and I had to correct it by myself afterwards. I used this garage for over 4 years and the service became worse and worse, would not go there any more.

After many years with Mini , the first years exceptionnel service , we now dread the low quality service at the front desk. There is an unwillingness to render service. I was hoping to purchase yet another Mini Cooper but I will take my business elsewhere. No smile. We tried to call 10 times to know if the car was ready. They are not willing to pick up the phone! We had a contract with a replacement car during service. One day we aware told that that service no longer applies!!!!!

I just brought in my car today for its 60,000 km service. What a wonderfully smooth experience. I easily made an appointment online. I arrived at 8:30 and they were ready to handle my car within 5 minutes. As I live rather far away (would have been 2 hours to go home and back using public transport), I decided to stay at the dealership to work whilst waiting for my car to be serviced. They have a very large table with power sockets, seats, a water fountain, a coffee machine (with actual coffee bean grinder) and a fast free wi-fi internet connection (btw, their restrooms are very clean too). The dealership is spotless and I saw a maintenance worker cleaning around during the 4 hours I was there. At around 12:30 my car was ready, I got explanations on the work done and they also checked a minor erratic problem I had reported i.e. passenger seat sometimes vibrating (I guess some kind of resonance) when at idle. A very nice dealership with corteous people and great service. Well done MINI J-M Martin!

After years of good service, my last experiences (in particular with online appointments that were not processed and unhelpful intake person) I am taking my business elsewhere. Don't enjoy feeling like Mini is doing me a favor by servicing my car.
