Very bad. We stranded with our car ib Belgium, and a Belgium ANWB contracted mechanic came and told us a smal component of the gear had to be replaced. Cost around 500 euro. Car brought to garage this Audi dealer Nivelles . Garage estimated 2200 to 4000 euro. Didn't wab' t to make the car with a specified bill. Thanks to ABWB, who als found this weard, the car was taken to Holland and guess against what costs the car has been repared in the Nederlands? 480 euro!!!

We received a rather poor reception from the salesperson (who clearly didn't have the time). We had called in the morning to schedule an appointment and even took the time to bring our vehicles in for appraisal, despite the snow. As a result, we lost two sales simultaneously. This gentleman should really update his marketing skills. Best of luck to the team.
