A scene that sums it all up.
The door was closed early, and a friendly young employee opened it for me after spotting me through the glass. A professional, simple, and efficient gesture.
A few seconds later, the short, bald man with glasses and a goatee intervened to abruptly dismiss me, as if I were an intruder, dismissing his colleague's work with a curt gesture.
As a business owner myself, I've learned one thing: it only takes one person in the wrong position to ruin any credibility.
That day, I truly understood why some establishments struggle to inspire trust.

Excellent service...the salesman Alexandre was super friendly and always available to answer my questions...he also explained the car's operation very well...I highly recommend this garage...the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I was a little disappointed when I picked up my vehicle. Let me explain: the car was in a separate, somewhat dark room, it still had water droplets here and there because it had just been washed, and there were also some adhesive residues here and there, probably from the protective film...so, in my opinion, the vehicle hadn't been washed properly and hadn't been dried correctly.
But that's just my opinion.
