- review from last year - Last year, I had my company car serviced at this garage. Otherwise, there was nothing wrong with the car; no damage to the bodywork. I brought the car in that morning and picked it up that evening. The car was parked across the street and suddenly had a large crack in the windshield. The person in charge "knew nothing" and "probably had been there before" or "maybe it belonged to someone passing by." I assume someone treats your car respectfully and doesn't shy away from responsibility, which is what happened here. If I were a private individual, I would have called the police. Fortunately, my work at the time recommended leaving it as is and having the windshield repaired at Carglass. One valuable lesson learned: ALWAYS take photos of your car when you leave it at a garage for service. That way, you won't end up with denying troublemakers on your roof afterward.

I had a bad experience with this garage and its owner. Communication between the customer and the owner was poor. The car went in for an inspection and came out with a bill of over €1,000. Without contacting them, they replaced everything, and on top of that, they charged me €700 too much, which I noticed myself and only then was it deducted. After addressing this the next day, the owner could only apologize and dispute what was or wasn't said. It's a shame to have had this experience here.

I normally only write good reviews, but today I couldn't resist writing a negative one. Not a good experience with this garage. Took the car in for minor maintenance. My mother-in-law was supposed to pick it up at the agreed-upon time, but it wasn't ready (without prior communication). So I decided to go the next day to get the car. Suddenly, they presented me with a bill of over €500 without any prior communication about whether parts could be replaced (which I could have replaced much cheaper myself, like the windshield wipers, for example). Ultimately, we negotiated the price and settled on €70, for which I was grateful. The car was well-maintained and drove very smoothly. A week later, it failed its inspection because there was something wrong with the lights that could easily be fixed. I was told on the phone that I could come by and have it adjusted. Once I arrived, between work shifts, they didn't have time, and I would have to wait at least an hour. So I left and found another garage that was available. Today I was about to leave for a bike ride in the Flemish Ardennes. The batteries in my keys suddenly died, even though they were replaced at a much too high price. Normally, I can easily get six months of use out of the batteries I buy at a cheaper price in the store. The battery they installed suddenly died a month later. I have serious doubts about whether it was a new battery. So, I cancelled my bike plans. Conclusion: Good maintenance and friendly service, but communication and credibility were much less so.

Michael was incredibly helpful. After a minor accident, I was able to drop by the same day for a quick checkup, even though it wasn't my "home" garage. Thanks so much for the great service!
