I have bought a new Opel Astra, and I am very disappointed. I will never buy another Opel car or Stellantis car:
1. The door of car was not functioning during the first months; The accelerator and brake pedal don't feel well; There is always noise from engine, and the rat once ate through the engine isolation: The car doesn't seal well the engine compartment and they don't repair about that.
So, I think it is not a good quality car. only with fine interior...
2. Never a car replacement during repair while I have the extra insurance from them;
3. The seller requested me for giving him high review after being rude, and he was not frank about information of their extra guarantee;
4. When selling it, I heard from some garage that there was oil leaking problem with this car type;
5. Very bad service, very slow response;
So, my advice, don't buy their service, don't buy their insurance, and it is best not to buy their car.
