Most disappointing customer experience I ever had. Complete lack of service and respect after buying (!) a 911. Never got apologies or whatsoever.

I booked a service appointment on-line. After a week with no confirmation I have sent an e-mail, also with no reply. When I called them they said the appointment was not made and they have no free slots in the period I requested. Is this the quality of customer care you should expect from a premium brand?

I recently bought a car at this Porsche Centre and it was a really nice experience overall. My sales manager Benny was a really nice and professionnal contact. I can recommend this Porsche Centre 100%. Thank you

I introduced one month ago a question via their website on the maintenance of my Macan and still waiting for their answer. Probably, I will continue going to the Netherlands for the maintenance of my car, where customer is king!!
