Today the delivery company picked up my car. I have to give this dealership a 10/10. I bought the car from Spain. I didn't even traveled there to see the car. I know you shouldn't do that but I knew exactly which model I wanted and which specs and found the perfect match here. And, since this was a BMW Premium Selection with warranty in Europe and after doing my research of the place, speaking with Jean-Christophe (incredibly helpful and communicative), and him showing me the car in a video call in full detail in the workshop (not in the street with the rest of the cars) I went ahead and purchased the car. They were very communicative during the entire process. The helped me with all the questions that I had, provided me with all the information I needed about the car, the inspection the car needed to take, the maintenance of the car, etc. On top of everything they sent me the original documents of the car via email and I received them right the next day. And as the last step they sent me pictures of the car before being picked up by the delivery company that I hired and showed me the proof of pick up. If you are thinking of buying a BMW, either if you live in Belgium or if you are thinking of importing it to your home country, you can definitely trust this place. I have read a lot about the import process of cars from Germany and how things sometimes don't go as planned. But from my personal experience I would 100% buy another car from here and I will recommend it to family and friends for sure.

Second time here, for minor things (change lightbulb...) on my lease car. Inefficient service (staff was excessively busy pushing papers around or being on the phone, I was ignored and had to hustle around), service desk is arrogant and impolite (I get now that French is the only accepted language here), and showed a total lack of customer centricity. Last time that I bring my car here. PS. Took 1h to change the bulb.

The worst garage I have ever been. They do not know how to deal with the client. Impolite and arrogant. Problems regarding the pricing.
