Simply outrageous and amateurish.
Over the phone, the store confirmed that the part I requested would be available at reception, with the invoice attached. Coming from far away, I had to drive 35 km twice to get the part due to the urgency of the situation... On site, nothing, not a single part or invoice was left at reception!
A waste of time and money. I've rarely seen such lack of professionalism. On site, the receptionists made a phone call to find out more, but it was a negative response... No third-party solution was found...
In short, I find myself having to wait a week for the part to be ordered from another dealership, and in the meantime, no one will reimburse my travel expenses, and I find myself with a car sitting idle for far too long...

A family-sized garage with very attractive terms. Mr. Gobbe, a salesperson who provides quality follow-up after the order, was very kind.
It's worth noting that the vehicle arrived early and I received a bag with all the necessary equipment to clean the car. In addition, the salesperson took the time to explain how the vehicle works and answer my questions, a real plus.
I'm more than satisfied so far, and if I had one comment to help the garage improve, it would be to work more on preparing the vehicle's interior for delivery: dirty windows cost a garage a star that would easily have deserved 5!

We received a very warm welcome. The parking was easily accessible. All our questions were answered. The sales advisor guided us very well through the purchasing process.
