Very bad service. I had an appointment at 13:30, arrived on time. At the reception the lady advised that technicians are on a lunch break and as soon as they come back they will take my car for a maintenance. Scandalous, you book appointment for precised hour and there are no workers there. It took 1 full hour of delay for them to take my car for a service. I asked for a replacement car, they offered me one. And when I signed all the necessary papers to borrow it lady said that it is electric with only 50km range left.
So they give you discharged car as replacement. I could not take the risk to go back home and use all remaining kms. Nonsense. No coffee corner with coffee or even water, just 2 chairs, cannot really work there unless you put laptop on your knee. The technican dirtied my seat textile with his dirty pants, I had to clean myself. DO NOT RECOMMEND this service at all. Just left me pissed off.

My appointment was 18h00, I arrive 17h30 to repair air leak of my car tire, I waited until 19H00 only to learn that no one attend my car, and ask me to come back the following day,😡😡😡Note That I have to give 1 star because there is no zero star which is more deserve for this crew. I recommend not to go to this branch. They are very incompetent.
