Unprofessional service and irresponsible! Informed Novabil Volvo Kortrijk about two concerns: 1. Backup (rear) sensors do no work 2. Start/stop Warning Message pops up on the panel. I sent them the screen shot of the error messages and explained the problem in detail via email. I made an appointment and they assured me that it is only the auxiliary battery needs to be replaced, which they did. They gave back the car stating that all problems are fixed. I drove back home and realized that the error messages still pop up and the backup sensor still does not work! Apparently they did NOT test the backup sensor at all!! This is quite dangerous and unprofessional to send customers home assuring them that car is fine while still the same problem persists. I called them and asked for an explanation. The staff, instead of working with me to solve the problem quickly and explain why they overlooked the problem, stated that "oh, we will order the parts and you can come back next week so we can replace the rear sensors - and by the way we do not have a loaner car for you" Totally disregarding that I have a job and cannot be at the repair shop all the time!! I would avoid this dealer in the future.

Very reliable, good customer services/relation, staff is friendly and they know very well the product that they sell and pay attention to the customers needs/requests.
I recommend Bram for his good follow up and for always trying to meet the customers needs and satisfaction.

Successfull art sale during the weekend by auction Kiggins.
I must be the only one who came by bike. This is a world of the rich people and I am very poor.
But Volvo still feels familiar to me...
Because my uncle, who was a real genius, worked for Volvo, we allways had a Volvo (1970-2000). That uncle learned Swedish and Japanese to be able to discuss contracts. He received a golden handshake when he retired. And invested in online banking.
Because I am curious about new trends, I stepped in to have a look. My motto for that day was : weekend CU - ICU. Giants like Volvo see me. But we can't see you.
