I recently asked for a check of the ambient lights on the right door, a portion of the top stopped working, they said it was the defective module (240€) considering that the car is under warranty. I opened the door panel myself and it was just the main LED, fallen off the light bar, I put it back in place myself and the light works perfectly!
When it comes to repairing something under warranty, they would do anything to make you pay.
In Belgium the top of the top service for Mercedes it’s only Mercedes Saga!

Excellent service with very welcoming, friendly and efficient staff.
I came in unannounced with a tyre puncture and was able to continue my journey in no time.
This was the best experience I have had with Mercedes-Benz so far.

Excellent service. Sent there by Mercedes Assist while on holiday, they took my car straight into the workshop and immediate repair, even during lunch time break. Great dealer and staff.

Awesome service and friendly welcoming people. They guide me the another garage due to overload. Called the other garage for me too. Good help.
