I came for fixing the car. It's a bit confusing where to go for this. I ended up parking in the street and asking a security guard who pointed me to the big slope to the roof. Once up there, the second entrance I found was the right one, and there I was... The staff is really friendly, there's free coffee, everything is clean and comfortable and the guy I talked to was extremely helpful.
I will definitely go there for all my car needs.

As a Flemish woman of 33 with about 0 knowledge of cars, I was prepared for the worst. BUT I was wrong! I was received at the atelier in my own language and without any chauvinism, all the men were super friendly and explained very clearly what was wrong with my car. (The chef d'atelier who looked at my car was such a sweetheart!) I didn't, not even for one second, felt looked down on by the staff. They were friendly and helpful. A very positive first experience!

I have sent recently a request to the after sales service of D'Ieteren Mail by using the contact form on their website; and after two weeks a kind reminder. No reply at all! Not the first time :-(.

One of the worst experience I ever had. They managed to sell a Skoda Citigo without electric windows and central locking to my 82-year-old mother badly suffering from her left arm and from various other health concerns. It was just 460 euros more which was affordable for my mother, but the salesman skipped the option and also "omitted" to mention it when reviewing selected options. Who in hell still sells cars without that basic level of comfort ? D'Ieteren ! They took the money and my mother will take the pain. Win-Lose. Thank you very much ! Anyway, speaking like the Wise Old Woman, my mother finally said that we have become spoiled rotten, that we will finally be fed without using our hands, that this is sad, a sad human society, and she is right. She will roll her window and unlock her doors manually, whatever ! I am seeking revenge writing this text, and this is not me. I just had an absolutely beautiful dream full of freedom, crazyness, love and happiness. I saw my late father and he is still the quasi-genius he used to be. So why seeking revenge ? This is not me. I put a star but I could have put five of them just for finally giving me such a dream. Whatever ! Triple-check your car options and be happy.

The salesmen do not seem very motivated to sell anything. They gave me a flyer and told me where I could find the car. They didn't even accompany me to the car to show its benefits.
