Having this service centre available to me is a huge consideration in choosing Volvo or Polestar cars in the future. They are hugely transparent, collaborative and considerate in dealing with clients and match this with deep technical expertise and know-how.

Excellent garage! Very helpful despite a fully booked week they took my car to replace my A/C. Fixed within 2 days. A very friendly and helpful team.

A brand dealership. They sell and fix cars, especially if they're Volvos.
Nice touch: they have desks for you to work while you wait for your car to be serviced.
If you can't wait, you can borrow an electric bike for free, or get a paid replacement car.

I'm coming for years to this Volvo dealer and I can't emphasise enough that this team is really doing it's best to offer the best experience for customers and showroom visitors. I barely had to wait 1h for a maintenance operation, drink a cup of coffee in a luxurious lounge and sit down doing some telework on the guest Wifi network at one of the few available desks in the showroom, until one of the reception people called me to announce that I was ready to go. Even if some troubles arise, there is always fair and considerate negotiation possible about the billing
