Excellent experience. The owner is very busy, but always pleasant. But he's really busy! I was a little taken aback by the previous comments. You have to expect to wait or see a lot of coming and going in these kinds of places… punctures, MOT testing right next door… they won't leave you stranded ;)
I recommend them; they're competitive, fast, and reliable.

I had four new tires fitted and the wheel alignment done at this place. One of my tires isn't holding pressure, and my car is pulling to one side. I went back today to have my tire checked and to schedule an appointment for a wheel alignment. The manager told me it was my tire pressure sensor (without even checking it), said the alignment wasn't covered because I might have hit a pothole, and that I was criticizing his work. He told me to go somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend them 😡

I do not recommend this place. My wife had the car serviced on November 21st, then she came back.
My car hasn't moved since. We drove it on December 8th and heard a metallic noise.
Maybe a tool was left behind or some screws weren't tightened properly, I don't know.
My wife went to him today to tell him that since the service, the car hasn't moved except yesterday, and we're hearing a metallic noise.
He treated my wife like dirt! He said it had been three weeks, and my wife didn't even have a chance to say anything.
We weren't questioning his work, just taking a look, even with an appointment, to see where the noise was coming from.
He was incredibly unpleasant, but when it comes to taking the money, he does it with a big smile.
I strongly advise against going there. He doesn't question his work; to err is human, but apparently not for him.
Never go there. Thank you, Mr. Car Control, for treating your customers like dogs. They're the ones who keep you in business, never forget that! ✌️✌️✌️

I made an appointment for headlight adjustment and wheel alignment. I went a week later on the scheduled date, and they made me wait 30 minutes because they were discussing a personal matter, only to then tell me in a very unpleasant tone, "No, I never made an appointment." On the phone, I specified that I was only available after 4 PM, so they gave me an appointment for 4:30 PM. But once I arrived, the old man at reception told me, and I quote, that they don't do headlight adjustments after 4 PM anyway because the machine is turned off!
Furthermore, this man was extremely unpleasant, speaking to people as if they were complete idiots. And a special mention goes to the way you spoke to your mechanic and the insult you hurled after he closed the door!
When you make a mistake—and I'm aware that it happens—you admit it and, above all, you apologize. That's the least you can do! First and last time at your place. I feel so sorry for your men who have to put up with you every day. I would have been fired for gross misconduct for less!
