A headlight adjustment was done there.
Of course, the mounting tabs broke. What should I do? Replace the headlight? I didn't do it on purpose.
At the register, they demanded payment for the service. Who would want to pay?
In exchange, they gave me my ID for good faith. Two weeks ago, there was no record of my ID. The owner was very unpleasant on the phone.
Leave a negative review, I don't care, no problem.
There are so many negative reviews, one more or less doesn't matter. Filing a police report is the wiser course of action. 😡

I had four new tires fitted and the wheel alignment done at this place. One of my tires isn't holding pressure, and my car is pulling to one side. I went back today to have my tire checked and to schedule an appointment for a wheel alignment. The manager told me it was my tire pressure sensor (without even checking it), said the alignment wasn't covered because I might have hit a pothole, and that I was criticizing his work. He told me to go somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend them 😡

The owner is very unpleasant and speaks very rudely to his customers.
I went to this establishment for a simple headlight adjustment. While the technician was working on it, he noticed that a bulb had been incorrectly installed. He started to look at how to put it back correctly, but the owner abruptly intervened and ordered him to close the hood.
I asked what was going on, and the owner replied:
"I adjust headlights, I don't nitpick! We're about to close for lunch, I don't have 50 minutes to spare."
I calmly replied that I didn't think replacing a bulb would take 50 minutes, and that if there was an extra charge for installation, that wasn't a problem. He then responded in a very aggressive tone:
"If you're willing to pay for the repair and for my guys' time during the installation, then OK!" “
Luckily, one of the workers intervened and told me,
“Step aside, I’ll fix it. The boss shouldn’t talk like that.”
In the end, the repair took less than 10 minutes. All that drama for nothing.
Message to the boss: you need to learn how to speak to customers. There’s no reason to be so unpleasant.
However, a big thank you to the very professional worker who replaced the bulb correctly and completed the repair.
As for me, I will never go back to this establishment. I strongly advise against it.”

Excellent experience. The owner is very busy, but always pleasant. But he's really busy! I was a little taken aback by the previous comments. You have to expect to wait or see a lot of coming and going in these kinds of places… punctures, MOT testing right next door… they won't leave you stranded ;)
I recommend them; they're competitive, fast, and reliable.
