My personal experience is negative. Think twice before going there. I bought a car 40 days ago and it's still not delivered, moreover during that time I never get clear explanation what is going on with my car. Lot of time lost and I even cannot imagine what kind of support I may expect if there is any warranty case in future. My advice to the next buyers to add some sentences about penalties for late delivery, that may help to improve things.

My first time here and they were very frendly.
They did pay atention to my quetions.
And I think that is very important.
If the rest of the personal have this attitud.

because I went to the Mercedes Garage very close from this one in the Afrikalaan Gent.
And I was very disapoiment.
I wanted informatikn about the Mercedes cars.
But first they just told me and a unfrendly way what is bugget!! And only because in the moment I had a low buggent.
They did not want to give more information about the cars.
I think they shold be frendly with all kind of people. Because they represent a big organisetion like MERCEDES
