I had no choice but to have my car "fixed" here. My car broke down on motorway and was towed to ACG Volvo. It was a charging fault strongly suggesting alternator issue. All they did is to replace battery that was obviously completely depleted as alternator wasn't working properly. I have told the service that it is quite likely alternator and not necessarily a bad battery. I was assured that everything was checked (including the alternator) and it was just a faulty battery. I collected the car and headed back to UK. Some 200km later I had the warning light back on again with the same message. I have since contacted service department and provided them with a proof that alternator wasn't working properly and the newly fitted battery was going flat again so clearly couldn't have checked the alternator. I have not received an answer for days. I was charged 270 EUR for a new battery and labour and was sent on my way with a faulty alternator from an approved volvo garage. This is very unprofessional to say the least.

Tired of this company after being their client for 3 years. - two times they did not do the repair/maintenance (you pay the bill, and than find out they 'forgot' to do it) - two times they did not have the spare parts in stock for a repair, had to wait days for repair - they were angry "I came in too late in the morning", turned out their opening hours were wrong on their own website (I came in 5' after official opening hours) - were angry I came in too late to pick up the car, while in the text message they send me they wrote they were still for 3 more hours open

Low technical expertise, and customer experience. In 3 weeks i am going back for the 3rd time to fix the same issue.

Very helpful and friendly when I couldn't charge my Polestar correctly. They did whatever they could to help out.
