The service is not bad. It's just a complete lack of service. We've been trying to book a diagnostic appointment since Friday. They promise to call back but never do. They tell us to send emails, which they don't respond to. Guys, this is rock bottom. I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with these losers.

I have been using them over the last few years for regular service interval work and follow-up. The service is super clean and professional. The communication is prompt and easy to understand and they always try to accommodate around customer restrictions. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever! Please avoid as possible!!! Coming in the morning for an appointment that was made 1 month ago for a Waranty replacement and oil change and find out that they didn’t ordered the pieces:( after accepting to leave the car for 2 days they asked me to pay for the pieces that were previously confirmed under Waranty saying that they are not covered under waranty:( I chose to do only oil change. After the car was ready a yellow exclamation sign pop up in the dashboard. They tried to convince me that is normal and is because they did an update. So I left the garage with a new warning sign and extra charged me on the invoice with things that I didn’t asked for. What should I do ? I feel like I was robbed …Totally disappointed! Avoid his garage!!!

Appalling after sales service and communication. After one week in garage I am now being told (after multiple attempts to contact them - nobody answers the phone) that they have 4 hours work left to do but that they will not be able to do it before the end of the month, another 3 weeks. No further explanation.

Expensive. The technical staff, mechanics did their best, but was let down by a very sub-standard service manager with poor customer communication, several unexplained changes and delays. And agreed mechanical issues was not checked.
