Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced.
My car was brought here in July after a tyre exploded. The next morning, I personally explained which tyre was needed, as my car uses different tyres on the front and back. The damaged tyre was Hankook, front right side. The garage recommended replacing both front tyres, which I accepted.
They couldn’t source Hankook and tried to push other brands (Pirelli, etc.), saying Hankook would take two months to arrive. I sourced two Hankook tyres myself and delivered them to the garage. I also explicitly asked to keep the undamaged left front Hankook tyre for emergencies.
When I collected my car:
1. I was overcharged for geometry on both front and rear, although I only agreed to the front.
2. The car was parked off-site at a tennis club, as the garage has no parking.
3. Worst of all: my original undamaged right side Hankook tyre was gone. Despite my clear instructions, they never returned it.
Since then, every time I ask about the tyre in writing, in person or on the phone, I get a different excuse: that I never asked for it, that it was too“destroyed” and thrown away, or that they are “not a storage place.” None of these explanations justify taking my property without my consent. That tyre costs €350, and they simply kept it.
To make matters worse, the staff were consistently rude, particularly someone named Sebastien. Calling this “poor service” would be generous—it was dishonest, disrespectful, and feels like theft.
0 stars apparently cannot be given. Avoid this place at all costs.

Thank you for the excellent service! The whole team was super friendly and helped me quickly with the tyres on my camper van. Very fast, efficient, and professional. I can only recommend them – a great experience!

I went in with a time sensitive issue (driven by leasing company) and they found a solution. Going the extra mile and liaising with the leasing company for me.
