I am a retired mechanic. I have always given priority to my customers, I welcomed them, listened to their complaints and their mechanical problems. It is incomprehensible, how can this Renault garage still operate properly. And I am surprised that it is still open. Extremely unpleasant staff, especially the mechanic. For a used car that should have a bodywork in order and whose repair was clearly listed on the order form... half-kept word. Very aggressive words from the mechanic . The secretary during a telephone conversation made us feel like we were bothering her even though our questions concerned the used vehicle for which we had already paid a deposit. Lousy service. Any sane person will understand that the tank of my used car was filled up in another garage. Xhonneux Roger.

The staff were extremely unfriendly, and the receptionist was anything but welcoming. They wanted to order a €250 item when it cost less than €110. I live five minutes away and I'll never set foot in there again. In my opinion, those who claim to be welcoming and helpful are family members.

This garage costs ONE liter of eleven 5w30 evolution oil 23.30 euros, which is twice as much as it should cost, this garage is not good at scamming

Very, very good garage. I live 150 km from this garage and I don't want to go anywhere else but them. It's becoming rare to find a real garage; I recommend it.

I went there for a problem with my vehicle and was greeted in a cold and very unprofessional manner. A technician came to see the problem and...unable to resolve the problem and invented the reason for the problem.
