if I could give it 10 stars I would. We were able to drop off our Smart #1 for maintenance on Saturday (although the workshop is closed in the weekend), and everything was ready by Monday. they had all the parts that needed to be changed so it was a very fast service. their personnel is extremely professional, friendly and efficient. overall, a great experience. highly recommended for vehicle maintenance!

Tomorrow marks 1 year since I bought a new Mercedes GLE from this dealership. During all this time, this car "ate my days". It broke down when we were away on vacation, I waited 2 months for them to send the car from where it was back to the representative in all this, they didn't give me another car to exchange, After they did it, the electronic part works as it likes, although I took it to be checked, but I still took it back, in January this year I receive a letter that the car is in danger of fire...so this put a lid on everything. I call them, I explain to them, but no one took me into account, telling me to bring it to the service again, ... so that it can be repaired, sorry??? the new car is inexplicably something like that....so if I had to drive it every time when I get errors, it would have to be checked about 3 weeks later, which is impossible for me...the distance is 120km. So sorry for the representative, instead the staff does not help the customers with anything, they send you from one to another, but you still did not get an answer This is the mistake of my life that I bought the car from them, I never thought that a new car with 0km would have so many problems. My advice...avoid...

You have to wait around 1 hour on the phone till they answer. Bad customer service

It's a rather large auto center, even for Mercedes centers. Next door you also have a truck center, so you have all Mercedes experience in one spot.
