I call this is the worst garage in Belgium. The staff in the reception are very rude, and simply impolite. I went there to buy a spare par water pipe for my car. I went with the photo of the original pipe I need to replace. They have placed an order, but when it is arrived, it wasn't the correct item. They said we can't return it (still not opened) and you should place a new order for the new part. Although, I didn't decide which item to order or give any information other than the picture of the faulty pipe, the person in the reception was denying his responsibility and shouting in a very indecent way.
I recommend to avoid this disgusting people at any cost. I will file a dispute for such a clear violation of the customer rights.

i went there with my opel vivaro for my air filter and they opened everything up without asking me and they charged 450 euro. They are very good at scamming people without there permission.
