We've been customers for 20 years.
In those 20 years, my parents-in-law and sister-in-law and I bought 9 cars here. We've been satisfied for 15 years. Unfortunately, the customer service has been incredibly disappointing in recent years.
Three years ago, our car broke down. It was 2 years old at the time.
We had our Touring towed here, and Touring provided us with a replacement car for 5 days. The car sat untouched in the parking lot for the first 7 days. After 7 days (and several calls), we had it checked and had to wait another 4 days for parts, etc.
We couldn't use/rent a replacement car for all those days. When we picked it up, the alarm still flashed on the display; it hadn't been fully repaired.
A year later, another significant expense was incurred for the same car; we made an appointment 6 weeks in advance, and when we picked it up, half of the repairs hadn't been done.
Last week, we had another alarm on our display. We brought it in on Monday, and they said they would check it that same day, but no replacement car was available. The car was untouched in the parking lot until yesterday. I called every day, always and for the past three times, the same explanation: the mechanics are sick...
I called around and picked up the car yesterday at 4 p.m. and took it to another garage nearby. Today at 3:30 p.m. I received a message that it had been repaired... and at a third of the price...
Incredibly disappointed with the way things have been going in recent years. They don't see us or our children, who are also starting to drive. One star is still too much for me.
