Went to use their charging station in March. Was advertised lower in my app than I was charged (around 1,50 euro/kWh!).
Went to their aftersales to make a complaint, but was asked to contact the distributor of the charging infrastructure. Months of back and forth I’m sent back to Juma without any willingness to compensate in any way even though it’s clearly a mistake and not even a big amount. Disappointing.

I went to pick up my new car today and was really amazed by the service!
The advisor was professional, friendly and super organised.
He first explained all the paper he prepared for me, then he took me to the car and explained every single functionality of the car very patiently, he also gave very practical advice on driving, the car settings etc... Before I left, he even gave me a bouquet, what a nice surprise!
I hope you keep the good work and help more clients!

Overall very professional and friendly staff. But sometimes it seems like they ignore you. Anyhow picked my car today and the service was great. Also with the previous car, all I needed to do was to give a call and rest was handled amazingly. They do have English speaking, friendly staff. If you are thinking of a BMW, don’t think just get one. But if you’re looking for a dealer, I definitely recommend Juma mechelen.

Friendly people. Professional advice and guidance. They take the time to show and discuss all aspects of the car.

Nice service during my service of my BMW. Still not totally satisfied of my premium selection Europe buy from BMW guaranty. Apararently this guaranty is not the same in belgium.
