Opel Crossland 2021 three years and 4 months according to the garage I have to have my 12v battery replaced which I have my doubts about, so 191.18 euros battery + 17.50 for 1 week to drive with one of the garage and brace yourself 138.70 euros for them to install so total with VAT 420.33 euros so people think carefully before you go in there of all those stars there will not be much left for me. I have been there for 3 years everything seemed normal until the day they empty your wallet then it is suddenly over now I know from other garages what the price is then this here just a scam once this will work certainly not a second time.

Garage not serious. Went 3 times for the same problem with the dashboard, waited 2 hours each time and nothing was done. Very disappointed, moreover a worker seemed to be making fun of me, I imagine because I am a woman. So I agree with the opinion of other dissatisfied customers

0 stars for me! Very unfriendly staff.
Bought one car, never again!
If you have any problems or ask for a replacement car, which you're entitled to, they'll hear it in Cologne.

Definitely not recommended! They can't be trusted, and they're only after money.
I bought a used car that had been "played with," and after six months, I've already spent a lot of money on it. I've had to take it in at least 30 times because the same problem kept recurring. As a result, the car broke down two years later. Six years old, but with less than 100,000 km on the odometer.
My brother bought a new car that started malfunctioning after just a few days.

Even one star is far too many. I've been in contact with about 10 garages in my life, but this one comes in last place with flying colors. When I brought the car in for maintenance, I reported a minor issue. When I picked it up, it turned out nothing had been done about it; in fact, they were completely taken aback. The solution was (as they eventually had to admit) quite simple: just hang up the computer. The initial reaction was "come back later and we'll fix it" (read: cash register, cash register) and after some persuasion: "Just drive the car back in, the hours are ticking" (so also cash register, cash register!!). And that's not even mentioning the price of a major service (after only 29,000 km): just over €400. I've never paid so much for a minor, medium, or major service in the last 10 years. I received no response to an email I sent that evening to politely but firmly complain about what had happened that day (or, more accurately, what hadn't happened at all). Even when the car was delivered about two years ago, strange things had happened, such as the documents the buyer is supposed to sign had already been signed by them in my place. Conclusion? Anyone who wants to be ripped off should go there; everyone else should stay away.
