Very bad experience with both of my cars with the Passat and the Golf few time ago rather go to Brussels in a proper official VW Garage even if you must tow your car! Reception staff is great and the showroom is ok but the mechanic that i had on my car's... everytime the job was half done or wrong symptoms given on parts that worked fine. Then have the "Chief" mechanic call you and threaten you on phone is the cherry on the cake ... because of bad mechanical service review ... terribad...

There's another, better garage nearby. You take your car in, get a bill, and the problem isn't resolved. No solution is offered either. After a reminder to pay, you pay because they claim they have proof the problem has been resolved and have a document to prove it. But after requesting the document, you get no response. While I was waiting, the mechanic drove my new van into the smoke extractor fan that's hanging there, acting as if nothing happened. This is NOT OK.
