Went in to fix something and they broke something else. Went in to fix that and they just bolted the broken piece back on. When they were confronted with that they just said that I broke it and refused to fix their mess. Third time they damaged my car when they were supposed to fix it. Now I'm recommending everyone I know to avoid getting a renauld of dacia because sooner or later they will end up in these incompetent hands.

After booking at appointment at 5.00 pm I had to wait till 5.40pm. When I asked the receptionist, she said "you wait at the doctor also, so wait here" .
Such dumb people work here,who compare car garage to doctor clinic.
