This is the first time in my life that I have experienced such terrible customer service. For 6 months of waiting for the car nobody has contacted me even once. Nobody considered it necessary to notify me of the delay in delivery, moreover, no one still considers it necessary to contact me in order to officially solve the problem. You don't even know the terms of your own contract. And what do you have to do if the car is delayed. How is this possible? And the most ridiculous thing in this situation is that in the absence of my manager no one can provide me with the necessary information about the car. Seriously? The manager fell ill and the work of the entire dealer stopped? And this is in the 21st century? Unbelievable. Did I really order a Mercedes and am I in contact with an official Mercedes dealer? I do not think so.

They weren't really that friendly when we got there. They were rather dismissive when we got there to get information about company cars. In the end they did give us the required information though. There are a lot of cars you can see and visit.
There are toilets and a espresso machine.
The showroom is accessible by wheelchair, but there is a small step you have to get over.

Worst possible service ever.
Dealer does not track anything, not aware about their own contract obligations, poorly responding and you need to chase them to get things you are paying for.
