Great expérience. My electric car stopped working while traveling abroad. Frédéric undertood my problem and urgent need to get back home. They accepted to service the car and solved the problem the next day even if I was not a client. Very appreciated and professional service considering I previously contacted another car dealer who could not help me before 3 weeks... 5 stars !

Crew is very friendly and speaks English. Appointment for reprogramming of the car and replacement of springs (obviously fault of Stellantis) scheduled for 10. Car entered in the garage at 11:30, not happy but OK all could happen. The worst element is that they didn't had rear springs in the warehouse, because Stellantis need inspection of the car before sending the springs. So I have to go there again - unbelievable. Total disrespect of my time, horrible experience - never again car from Stellantis

new 508 hybrid came without functioning radio
service appointments to fix this issue (48h) through a call center which promises replacement cars for free that become on charge the day of the appointment - not once but twice
call center not aware of dealership policies according to the dealer
simply bad customer service
fortunately the young lady at the reception desk was kind and remained calm to my frustration
