Saga Mercedes’ customer service model is fundamentally misaligned with the expectations of a prestige automotive brand. The inability to reach service staff by phone, coupled with the absence of call-backs, creates a significant barrier to customer support. Even front-line staff, while courteous, are restricted from providing direct contact details, leaving customers without practical avenues for resolution.
The reliance on a single overwhelmed individual to manage all incoming calls is neither sustainable nor reflective of Mercedes-Benz’s global standards of excellence. Despite repeated feedback, management has not implemented corrective measures such as increasing staffing or introducing modern communication solutions. Calls placed on hold frequently disconnect, and the lack of voicemail functionality further compounds the frustration.
For a brand synonymous with luxury and reliability, this partnership undermines customer confidence. Saga Mercedes’ operational shortcomings diminish the overall Mercedes-Benz experience, eroding the trust and loyalty that are critical to sustaining a premium reputation.

I dont recommend this dealer!
I bought a car from them this year in January. They didn't told me the car had accident before. After 3 months I had problem with steering wheels and transmission. I sent them one mail, they dont even bother to respond.
As far as I know, I am not the only one in this situation.

At 8 a.m. on April 1, I left my car for service B. Around 12 o'clock, a warning came from the app that the car had been hit from the left side. There were scratches on the vehicle. Although they said they would investigate the situation and get back, they did not do this. They denied that the scratches on the vehicle were not caused by them without any inspection. If you are going to leave your car at the service center, be sure to wait and check it at the beginning, they can damage it.
Update 18. May: Do not leave your vehicle for service without standing in front of it. Not only do they not do the vehicle services properly, they do their absolute efforts not to solve the problem. Although we have told them that the vehicle will be in Munich for a long time, they want us to do 2000 km instead of providing a solution from the Munich branch of Mercedes. And they act completely customer-hostile. Never pay attention to what they write here, they act as if they offer a solution.
